Andy Smith founded Xcel Print and Promotions in 2004 and still runs day-to-day operations from the workshop in Haverhill, Suffolk. He personally operates the Tajima embroidery machines, digitises customer logos, and answers the phone. The business has supplied UK companies with branded workwear and embroidery for 22 years.
