How much does embroidery cost in the UK? At Xcel, embroidering a small logo (left breast size, up to 5,000 stitches) costs £1.85-£4.50 per item depending on quantity: the more you order, the less each logo costs, down to £1.85 at our highest volume band. Large logos (half or full back) run £3.00-£7.50 per item. Logo digitising is free for new logos (and your logo is stored free for reorders), there is no minimum order, and printed logos start from £1.75 per item. Full price tables below.

Embroidery Pricing
Embroidery is our most popular customisation method, it gives a premium, professional finish that lasts the lifetime of the garment. Pricing is per logo position and based on logo size and the quantity ordered. Small covers the classic left breast logo (up to around 5,000 stitches); Large covers bigger designs such as half back and full back logos.

Printing is ideal for complex multi-colour designs and large back prints. Small covers left breast and A5-size prints; Large covers half back and full back prints. Need individual names or numbers as well? Ask us for a quote.
