Custom Hi-Vis with Your Logo: Embroidery Options Explained
Adding your logo to Hi-Vis is one of the quickest wins in business branding. It costs less than people think, lasts longer than printing, and makes your team look like, well, a team. We’ve been doing this for over 20 years and we still reckon embroidered workwear is one of the best investments a business can make.
The Case for Embroidered Hi-Vis
It Looks Premium
Embroidery has a depth and texture that flat printing just can’t replicate. Run your finger over an embroidered logo and you can feel the quality. Customers notice it too — even if they can’t put their finger on exactly why your team looks more polished.
It Lasts
Unlike printing, which can crack, peel, or fade over time, embroidery is stitched directly into the fabric. It’s there to stay. We’ve seen embroidered logos looking sharp after hundreds of washes. That’s not an exaggeration — it genuinely is that durable.
It’s Versatile
We can embroider logos, names, job titles, even small designs or icons. Common placements include left chest, right chest, sleeve, and back. Most designs up to about 15,000 stitches work beautifully — that covers everything from simple text to detailed company logos.

From Order to Delivery
We’ve made this as painless as possible. Choose your garments, send over your artwork (any format is fine — we can work with pretty much anything), and we’ll create a digital mockup for you to approve. Once you’re happy, we get to work. The whole thing takes about 5-7 working days from approval to delivery. If you’ve got a deadline, let us know and we’ll see what we can do to speed things up.
Should You Embroider or Print?
Both have their place. Embroidery wins on durability and premium feel — it’s our top recommendation for Hi-Vis with chest logos. Printing is the way to go for big designs, full-colour artwork, or hi-vis garments where embroidery isn’t practical. We’re always happy to advise if you’re on the fence.
Embroidery Questions Answered
Can you embroider names as well as logos?
Yes — individual names, job titles, department names, you name it. We can combine your logo with personalised text too.
Can any colour be embroidered?
We carry a huge range of thread colours and can match most brand colours closely. We’ll show you the colour match in your free proof before we proceed.
Will embroidery damage the fabric?
Not at all. Our machines are calibrated for each fabric type, and we use backing materials to support the stitching. The garment will look and feel exactly as it should.
