If you need to put a whole crew in branded hi-vis, a printed vest bundle is almost always cheaper and simpler than buying vests one at a time. Our bundle deals give you 25, 50, 100 or 250 printed hi-vis vests at a fixed price with the logo included – one decision, one order, everyone visible and on-brand.

What is a hi-vis vest bundle?

A bundle is a set number of printed hi-vis vests – 25, 50, 100 or 250 – at a fixed price that already includes printing your logo on every vest. You upload your artwork once, mix the sizes you need, and the whole pack is produced together in our Haverhill workshop. There is nothing to add at checkout: the price you see covers the vests and the branding.

We built bundles because that is how site teams actually buy. Nobody orders one vest at a time for a crew of forty – but that is how most websites make you shop. A 50-vest bundle covers a mid-size site with spares in the van for visitors and new starters.

Why do bundles work out cheaper?

Two reasons. First, the print run: setting up to print one vest costs us nearly as much as setting up to print fifty, so a bigger run spreads that cost across every vest. Second, the garment buying: we buy vests by the carton from certified suppliers, and a bundle lets us pass carton pricing on rather than single-unit pricing. The bigger the pack, the lower the cost per printed vest – that is the whole trick, and it is why the 250 pack has the lowest per-vest price we offer.

Which bundle size should you choose?

  • 25 vests – small crews, subcontractor teams, or a visitor-vest rack for reception.
  • 50 vests – the most popular choice: a full site team plus spares for agency staff and replacements.
  • 100 vests – multi-site firms, events and festivals, or one big site with high staff turnover.
  • 250 vests – principal contractors, charity events and marathons, and anyone issuing vests to the public.

A rule of thumb from the orders we handle: take your headcount, add a quarter for spares and new starters, and round up to the nearest pack. Vests get left in vans, taken home and lost – the spares always get used.

Are bundle vests properly certified?

Yes. The vests we use in bundles are certified hi-vis from trusted names like Beeswift and Portwest, the same garments we sell individually across our hi-vis range. A printed logo does not affect certification when it is positioned correctly, which is part of what you are paying us to get right. If your site has specific class requirements, our guide to custom hi-vis covers what the classes mean, or just ask us before you order.

What about the artwork?

Send whatever you have. The sharpest results come from a vector file – AI, EPS, SVG or PDF – or a high-resolution PNG of 1000px or more. Logo digitising and setup are free, and we check every file by eye before anything goes to print. Front-and-back printing is included in the bundle price, which matters for hi-vis: the back print is the one people see most on site.

How long does a bundle take?

Lead times for customised items are 7-10 working days and vary with demand. Plain stock ships faster. If you have a hard deadline – an audit, an event, a project start date – talk to us first and we will tell you honestly whether we can hit it before you pay for anything.

Who shouldn’t buy a bundle?

If you only need a handful of vests, or you want a different garment for every person, buy individually from the hi-vis range instead – there is no minimum order, so nothing forces you into a pack. Bundles are for teams that need the same vest, same logo, many times over. That is where the fixed price does its work.

FAQs

Can I mix sizes in a hi-vis vest bundle?

Yes. Every bundle lets you mix any sizes to make up the pack, so you can match the crew you actually have rather than guessing an average.

Is the logo really included in the bundle price?

Yes. The fixed bundle price includes printing your logo on every vest, front and back, plus free artwork setup and digitising. There are no decoration charges added at checkout.

How long does a printed vest bundle take?

Lead times for customised items are 7-10 working days and vary with demand. Plain stock ships faster. Tell us your deadline before ordering and we will confirm honestly whether we can meet it.

Are printed hi-vis vests still compliant?

Yes, when the print is sized and positioned correctly, which we handle as part of the job. The vests themselves are certified hi-vis garments from established brands.

What artwork file do I need?

A vector file such as AI, EPS, SVG or PDF gives the sharpest print, or a high-resolution PNG of at least 1000px. Digitising is free and we check every file before printing.

What does delivery cost?

Delivery is 5.95 plus VAT, and free on orders over 99 pounds ex VAT – which every vest bundle comfortably clears, so bundle delivery is effectively free.
